No. The 100ft adapter for DeckTok Permanent Outdoor Lights Pro supports a maximum total length of 150ft.
If you purchase one 100ft set and one 50ft set and connect them in series, you must use the 100ft adapter. Using a 50ft adapter may cause the lights not to turn on.

You need to open the DeckTok APP and adjust the number of LEDs to match the total connected length.For example, when the total length is 150ft, set the LED count to 90 LEDs in the app.
Otherwise, the lights beyond the default setting will not turn on.

As long as both conditions below are met:
The distance between any two lights must not exceed 3 m (9.8 ft)
(including the adapter to controller, controller to first light, and between light strings).
The total length after the controller must not exceed 169.7 ft.

Maximum extension cable length:
50ft set: up to 4 m (13.1 ft)
100ft set: up to 8 m (26.2 ft)
150ft set: up to 6 m (19.7 ft)
