To give you a smoother and more worry-free holiday shopping experience, DeckTok is offering an extended return window for the 2025 festive season.
All orders placed from October 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 can be returned anytime up until January 31, 2026.

What’s Included in the Extended Return Period

  • Products must be returned with their original packaging intact and include all components and accessories—such as manuals, screws, and any complimentary gifts that came with your order.

  • All holiday-season returns will continue to follow the guidelines set forth in our "30-Day Risk-Free Money-Back Guarantee" section, which outlines standard return eligibility and processing rules.

    30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

    DeckTok offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for any reason. If you decide the product isn’t right for you within 30 days of receiving it, you may request a return for a full refund, provided the item remains undamaged.

    Return Requirements

    To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that:
  • The product is returned with all its original accessories.
  • Packaging remains intact and suitable for resale or inspection.
  • Quality-related claims will be refunded after the issue is verified by our support team.
  • DeckTok reserves the right to decline a return or adjust the refund amount if items are incomplete, damaged, or do not meet return standards.

    About Free Gifts

    If your order included complimentary gifts, they must also be returned in good condition.
    If the gifts are missing, damaged, or lost during return transit due to buyer-related reasons, DeckTok may still accept the return but will deduct the value of the missing gifts from the refund amount.

    Replacement Process

    If your order arrives with missing components or quality issues, please contact us at info@decktok.com.
    To help us resolve the issue quickly, provide the following:
    1. Your DeckTok order number
    2. Two clear photos,including:
  • ① The packaging showing the shipping label
  • ② The product quantity or visible defects
  • Once the information is verified, our team will arrange a replacement or a refund.
    If the required information is incomplete, we may not be able to process your request.

    Refund Timeframe

    Requests under the 30-day money-back guarantee must be completed within 30 days from the date the claim is initiated.
    We cannot process refunds for non-quality-related reasons after this window expires.
    For items purchased through platforms other than DeckTok’s official online store, please contact the corresponding platform’s customer service (such as Amazon, TikTok, or Wayfair) for assistance.

    Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

    DeckTok provides warranty coverage for any verified quality-related defects on products purchased through our official channels. The warranty period begins on the date the item is delivered to the customer, and the specific duration depends on the product category listed at the top of this page.
    Our warranty applies only within the original country of purchase. Any replacement product provided under warranty will follow the same warranty term as the original item. Once a product has been fully refunded, its warranty rights are considered void.

    How to Submit a Warranty Claim

    To help us process your warranty request efficiently, please ensure you provide:
  • Proof of purchase showing the item was bought through DeckTok.
  • Troubleshooting details, if applicable, documenting the issue encountered during use.
  • The product’s clear photos or videos showing the defect.
  • Return of the itemif DeckTok determines an inspection is required.
  • Please note:
    If we request the defective item to be returned, and the incorrect product is sent back—or the required item is not returned—the warranty for any replacement will be void.
    For shipping, the courier waybill must be placed on the outer shipping box, not the original product packaging.

    Accepted Forms of Proof of Purchase

    Your claim may require one or more of the following:
  • Order number from purchases made through DeckTok’s official online store
  • Sales invoice or receipt
  • In some cases, additional documentation such as payment confirmation or the original delivery address may be requested
  • Not Covered Under Warranty:

    The warranty does not apply in the following situations:
  • Missing or insufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Products that are past the warranty period
  • Non–quality-related issues reported after 30 days from receipt
  • Complimentary or free items
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or external environmental factors
  • Purchases made through unauthorized resellers
  • Additional Limitations

    DeckTok is not responsible for:
  • Any loss of data resulting from the use of DeckTok products
  • Personal belongings mistakenly returned to DeckTok
  • If a prepaid return label is provided by DeckTok, we assume responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs during transit.
    For non-quality-related returns, DeckTok is not liable for items damaged in transit, and refunds cannot be issued in such cases.
